I like that the vitamin is in oil. I think this makes it easier for the body to absorb. Since it is a fat-soluble vitamin
I have always been satisfied with NOW for years. Never a complaint thus far.
I have been buying NOW's Vitamin D3 as seen in my photo for quite a while. The photo provided by the seller displays ingredients that different than what I received and have been receiving for some time. Please see my attached photo.The bovine gelatin on what I just received indicates "BSE-free" bovine gelatin...which means it doesn't contain things that can cause BSE--Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy, or Mad Cow Disease. This is a good thing, but does make me wonder whether the product I've been receiving before does contain such things.Also, the new shipment contains safflower oil for whatever reason. I don't imagine having a problem with that, as it is purported to have health benefits.However, since I'm going to be ingesting this product, the photo that is represented by the seller must be changed to reflect the new ingredients list. I don't imagine health organizations would appreciate such misrepresentation of a supplement, no matter how seemingly benign.
