My doctor recommended supplementing D3 for immune support and bone health. Most brands only come in smaller dosages than what he suggested. NOW is a brand I trust and they are reasonably priced. The tiny capsules are easy to swallow and come in the appropriate dose.

This time release formula is effective and helps keep my moods more manageable. I use it daily and double it if it's going to be a stressful day.

Took a bloodtest and my Vitamin D ranges around in the 50's ng/mL. Normal range is 30-100.Unfortunately I don't know what my blood level was prior to taking the supplement but I am rarely outside and therefore don't get enough sun on me.I do drink a lot of milk which is my only other source of Vitamin D. Because of this I am fairly certain the supplements are the reason why I am within range.

Love the gel capsules. Easy to consume. Perfect size. No complaints! My dietitian recommended this brand for B12 so I’ve been transitioning all my other supplements to Now as well.

I had no idea how much having a vitamin d deficiency affected my every day level of energy. Ever since I started taking these vitamins I have found that I have the energy to get through my day! They are so easy to take as well, as the vitamin comes in a super small gel pill that is easy to swallow! I will be setting up an auto renew to make sure I always have my vitamin d on hand!
